Welcome to Alegria Collective! Founded in 2024 by Charlotte & Jodie we have emerged from Charlotte's extensive background as an award-winning makeup artist, spa manager, beauty educator, and salon owner with 20 years experience in the beauty industry alongside

 Jodie's extensive experience with working to deliver the highest standards in the yachting industry to head logistics of Alegria Collective.

 

Initially setting out to create a luxury agency dedicated to connecting businesses and clients with beauty professionals who uphold the highest standards, our mission was (and still is) to recruit and source the best professional makeup artists and beauty professionals for private clients, events and salons . Through this we also wanted to empower and educate professionals in the industry about best practice in order to thrive through regular in person workshops and events, creating an English speaking yet international community of support within Spain.

Through this journey we also recognised a gap in the Spanish market for those seeking access to niche and high-end professional brands that are easily accessible elsewhere such as in the UK but not so much in Spain. Long shipping times, custom charges and with no representatives able to demonstrate and support professionals, we aim to change the game for those wanting to elevate their beauty business.

We are set out to solve all three of these problems with Alegria Collective!

 

We aim to bridge the gap and make exceptional brands easily accessible to beauty professionals across Spain and exceptional talent accessible to our partners.

Our services include:

• Sourcing talent within the industry locally for private clients, events, photo shoots and salons including temp cover. We meet & trade test all candidates prior to connecting them to clients and jobs. We can also provide Makeup artists and Hair stylist for premium weddings within Spain. 

• Hosting in person and online workshops to support beauty professionals to excel in the industry through practical education, best practice and business workshops

• Distributing niche, elevated professional brands with a reputation for delivering exceptional results to spas, salons and retailers throughout Spain.
